The time has come for another session! Thanks to all the attended last months session with Joel Oleson. You can find his presentation in the resource section, and the photos in the photo section.

 

Our next session will be on Feb. 19th at UMBC training center. In the Lab building, in Lab 5 (small building behind the main building) at 1442 South Rolling Road 21227.

 

Eric Harlan MCTS will be discussing Federated search. How to install it on your SharePoint Server, setup federated search and start using it in your environments. Federated search was part of the infrastructure update that came out as a free update after SP1.

In addition to this months session we are going to try a small social event. Grab your skis! BSPUG is invading Ski Liberty! On Feburary 11th we will be doing a night ski from 5pm - 10 pm at ski liberty (Liberty Mountain Resort 78 Country Club Trail Carroll Valley, PA 17320 www.skiliberty.com).

 

The cost is 40 dollars per lift ticket, they also provide ski rentals, lessons, anything your heart desires.  If we get enough participation we will be eligible for a reduced group rate. Its supposed to be a nice day that day so if you've been wanting to get out and get on the slopes this season, or you've been wanting to learn how to shred the cold white stuff come on out!  We will have a group dinner at 7:30pm in the lodge.
