So Whats up with this free beer?
Well like I said, we’re hitting our 3 year anniversary and
what better way to celebrate then a couple free drinks. Concluding the event on June 17th
we will be headed over to Du Claw for a few drinks on Titus Labs.

How are you
protecting Sensitive Documents in SharePoint?
A growing number
of organizations have deployed SharePoint as a critical platform for document
and records management. As sensitive documents and records are moved to
SharePoint, there is a growing need for increased security.
Titus Labs'
security solutions for Microsoft SharePoint help companies control the creation
and flow of documents in SharePoint. With Titus Labs solutions, organizations
can increase security awareness among users and ensure that documents are
stored in formats that enhance archiving, security, and interoperability.
In this session
we will explain how you can:
Apply security
permissions based on document metadata properties or content type Add document
labels and watermarks for compliance and security awareness Generate PDF
versions of Office documents for archiving and information sharing Convert
Microsoft Office 97-2003 documents to Office 2007 format for standardization
and compatibility
Subscribe to our SharePoint Blog to get information, tips
and tricks on configuring and using metadata within a SharePoint environment. http://www.titus-labs.com/blog/
Titus labs has been ever so gracious as to sponsor our
little get together and will be providing drinks to all that attend. They will be giving a 15 min demo and
discussion just before Srini goes on.
Please do us a favor and jump over to the RSVP to let us
know you’ll be attending the event. Also let us know if you will be attending
happy hour after so we can figure out costs and food. To RSVP please go to http://www.baltimoresug.org/events
